Application case
HiWay system for the automatic handling of pet food
The system is equipped with two loading points, created through sack cutters and a big-bag emptying structure, and allows selective discharge in four distinct points. The discharges, pneumatically actuated, are managed automatically through an electrical panel, guaranteeing precision and operational continuity.

The UNI 273 circuit is equipped with
a vertical drive group with piston tensioning,
which transmits motion to the chain ensuring
stable and regular transport of the material.
After the rising phase, the bend is made
with a curved pipe, a useful solution in
specific conditions to facilitate product
flow along the path.
Selective discharge takes place in four
different points through shutters or rotary
discharges, both pneumatically actuated
and managed by an on-board electrical panel
that regulates the automation of operations.
Finally, shortly before the end of the path,
there is a safety discharge designed to prevent
the material from reaching the drive group. In this
way the product is kept circulating inside the
system, avoiding blockages and reducing
the risk of machine downtime.
