Application case
HiWay system for the automatic handling of dolomite
The main feature of this system is the considerable length of the transport path. It is composed of three UNI 168 mechanical conveyors with vertical drive unit, designed to move the material along a route exceeding one hundred metres.
The loading of the product is regulated by two pairs of rotary valves positioned under the silos, which dose the incoming material towards two mechanical conveyors made of painted iron. The two transport lines, independent from each other, convey the product to a dedicated discharge point.
To guarantee flow continuity and maximum operational reliability, one of the lines has been designed in double configuration, so as to ensure the route along the entire circuit without interruptions.
