Two big-bag emptying stations allow the unloading
of the bags into a large hopper. The double station
optimises operations, improving overall efficiency
and increasing productivity.
From the bottom of the hopper, an extraction screw
transfers the material to a TVE 114 aero-mechanical conveyor,
which provides the loading.
The peculiarity of this elevator lies
in its adjustable inclination, which can be
changed at any time by the customer
depending on operational needs.
Finally, the end of the conveyor is equipped
with a flexible tube, designed to be lengthened
or shortened so as to insert the cone precisely
inside the trucks to be loaded.
