Screw conveyors and feeders for powders and bulk materials
HiWay screw conveyors are designed for the handling of bulk materials, both in powder and granular form.
Thanks to the continuous screw flight, they ensure a regular and controlled material flow, with the possibility to customize structure, capacity and inclination according to the specific application.
Each screw conveyor consists of a conveying trough (either tubular or U-shaped), available in different lengths and construction materials. It can be equipped with removable covers to facilitate inspection and maintenance.
HIWAY screw conveyors can be installed horizontally or inclined, and can feature one or multiple inlet and discharge points, adapting to both simple and complex plant layouts.

Main configurations available
Mobile auger
Screw conveyor fixed on wheels for unconstrained use, can also have a bag cutting grid.
Auger distributor
Screw with one loading point and possibility of a double selective unloading point.
Tubolar screw extractor
Possibility of extracting the material from different points and convey it to a single point, perhaps inside a mechanical or aeromechanical conveyor.
Channel auger extractor
Special auger which has the possibility of opening along its entire length for quick cleaning and/or inspection
