Big‑Bag Filling Station

System for the safe and controlled filling of industrial big-bags

The HiWay Big-Bag Filling System is designed to ensure efficient, clean and safe filling of big-bags (FIBC), preventing material dispersion into the environment and improving operational ergonomics.

The machine consists of a steel support structure and a frame with an attachment for the big-bag, where the operator can easily secure the sack. The system ensures stability during the loading phase and can be integrated with a weighing system to control the quantity being filled.

The loading tube is connected to a dust-tight duct that allows the big-bag to be filled safely, even when handling light or volatile materials. The system is ideal for powders, granules or dry blends, and can be configured for use in ATEX environments.

Big-bag filling platform with side access for operators. It has a vibrated bottom and the possibility of being adjusted in height as well as a weighing system. Furthermore, there is an inflation mechanism for the bigbag and a sleeve seal with pneumatic seal.
