The high-speed conveyor designed for high-capacity transfer

The TVE aeromechanical conveyor is engineered for the fast and safe handling of powders and bulk materials along vertical, horizontal or combined routes, without the need for compressors or filtration systems.
It operates using a high-speed cable fitted with discs, generating internal airflow within the tube. This airflow fluidizes the material, enabling smooth transfer without segregation or product degradation.

Lightweight, compact and highly efficient, the TVE is ideal for high-throughput plants, even in facilities with limited space or elevated transfer points.

The high-speed rotation of the cable with discs creates an aerodynamic drag effect. The system operates without external pressurization, making it simpler to manage compared to conventional pneumatic conveying systems.

The rational design guarantees the system efficiency and versatility thanks to the possibility of orientating the conveyor from 0° to 90°.

TVE-COV Horizontal / Vertical

The configuration of the tubes with one first horizontal section and the second vertical section (or vice versa) can have multiple inlets and one single outlet. The pipes can be placed side by side horizontally or vertically.

TVE-BCV Vertical bidirectional

With this solution, two users can be powered by simply reversing the rotation of the motor.
