Big‑Bag Unloading Station

Solution for the safe discharge of big‑bags

Hiway big-bag unloading stations (FIBC) are designed to safely empty big-bags of different sizes and to reduce the dispersion of dust into the environment, preserving the work area.

Constructed in structural steel, the stations support big bags up to 2,500 kg and can be loaded using a hoist or forklift.
Discharge is assisted by pneumatic massagers to promote consistent material flow.

The big bag spout is connected to a sealed discharge duct, preventing dust leakage and ensuring precise and clean unloading.
