The HIWAY sample extractor is designed to extract small quantities of material from transport or process lines in a precise and repeatable way, without interrupting the production flow.
Thanks to the screw conveyor, the system guarantees constant and continuous sampling for qualitative analyses or batch traceability, even in automated or high-productivity plants.

Built in carbon steel or stainless steel, it is compatible with powders, granules and fragments. The pneumatic activation of the valves allows rapid and safe movements, programmable according to quality control needs or regulatory compliance.
The system can be installed on new or existing lines, making it ideal for sectors where frequent or automated sampling is required, without contamination and with high repeatability.
