HIWAY vibrating screens make it possible to separate and classify powders, granules and fragmented products according to the desired particle size, with precision and efficiency.
The controlled vibration allows continuous sieving and automatic rejection of non-compliant material, in a fast, low-impact process.

Made of painted carbon steel or stainless steel, HIWAY screens can be configured with one or more variable-mesh nets for multi-level separations.
The vibration can be generated by motovibrators or adjustable mechanical systems, to adapt to the characteristics of the material.
Each machine can be customised with dust-proof covers, dedicated outlets, collection systems or interfaces for conveyors.

Thanks to their flexibility, they are ideal for plants operating in the food, chemical, plastics, feed processing and recycling industries.
