COFFEE TRANSPORT
Three lines of stainless steel mechanical conveyors (UNI 76) with vertical drive units. The circuits are equipped with one or more loading points and equipped with discharges that can be selected alternatively in multiple points.
FIBERGLASS TRANSPORT
Four Big-Bag emptying stations with screw extraction to load a pair of aero-mechanical conveyors (TVE 76) in stainless steel with anti-abrasive coating. Everything discharges to a point equipped with a diverter valve.
TRANSPORT OF ANIMAL FEED
Equipped with two loading points via bag cutter and big-bag emptying structure, the system discharges selectively, with discharges operated pneumatically and automated by an electrical panel, in four distinct points.
DOLOMITE TRANSPORT
Loading through two pairs of rotary valves arranged under the silos which insert the material into two mechanical painted iron conveyors. The two distinct lines discharge to a dedicated point.
TRANSPORT OF CALCIUM CARBONATE
Five masseurs for emptying Big-Bags into silos which, via auger extraction, load a horizontal and vertical Aero-mechanical system (TVE 114) which unloads into a mechanical conveyor with motorized curve (CMC 168) which distributes, at choice, in different points.
TRANSPORT OF CHEMICAL RAW MATERIALS
The system, built entirely in STAINLESS STEEL and suitable for ATEX environments, consists of two augers for extracting material from silos and two other augers for extracting it from big-bag empties. Then four vertical aeromechanical conveyors (TVE 76) release the same material into two lines of mechanical conveyors (UNI 114) which discharge it into four reactors.
